All of the Company’s products are sold for the exclusive purpose of growing culinary herbs, fruits, and vegetables only. These items are meant to be used in accordance with all applicable laws of your country or region. It is EXPRESSELY FORBIDDEN to use any product obtained from this website in an illegal manner, or a manner other than what the product was intended for. It is illegal to use products purchased from this website to grow illegal plants, and the use therefore is strictly forbidden. Fullbloom Hydroponics does NOT endorse the growing of illegal plants, and expressly reserves its right not to sell its products to customers who make known that their intent is to use the product for illegal purposes. The Company highly discourages customers from making verbal or written inquiries pertaining to the growing of illegal crops and shall not respond to any such inquiries. The customer warrants customers to use all of the Company’s products for their intended purpose, and expressly indemnifies the Company from any and all liability arising from the misuse or illegal use of the Company’s products.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Fullbloom Hydroponics reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Orders shipped to various states may be subject to their respective states sales tax. Such tax will be added to the order without notice. Fullbloom Hydroponics is not responsible for any fees incurred by the buyer as a result of any purchase or attempted purchase, regardless of the reason(s) for the fees. This includes but is not limited to; bounced check fees, duties, taxes, credit card fees, over draft fees, over-limit fees, and conversion rates.
Special Notes on Orders
If you do not see the item or price that you were quoted, you may still place the order by E-mailing us your information or by calling us, toll free, at 1-888-725-GROW. All orders are subject to verification once received. Please note that web orders may take up to 5 business days to process. We reserve the right, without further notice and at our discretion, to upgrade your ordered item to a part of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you. There is a $50.00 - $100.00 fee if you are not available to accept delivery for a freight order on a scheduled delivery date. The fee varies depending on the freight company, as each freight company has different policies. Fullbloom Hydroponics is charged the $50.00 to $100.00 fee by the freight company in order to attempt a second delivery; It is the customers responsbility to pay Fullbloom for all fees incured during the shipping and delivery process. There will be additional fees if multple delivery attempts are unsuccessful. Fullbloom Hydroponics will contact the customer before charging the delivery fee. If Fullbloom Hydroponics is unable to reach the customer within 24 hours, we will charge your original form of payment.
SALES TAX: Sales tax may apply if your order is being shipped to any state within the United States of America. Additionally, any item being shipped to you from the State of Oregon may be subject to the current Oregon state sales tax. If you have any questions about sales tax on your Fullbloom Hydroponics purchase(s), please call us, toll free, at 1-888-725-GROW and our expert staff will be happy to help. For all orders that are shipped outside of the United States of America, the customer is responsible for and all international duties, taxes, service charges, tariffs and/or import fees which may be imposed. No order may be canceled or charged back as a result of the imposition of any international duties, taxes, service charges, tariffs and/or import fees. As an international customer, you acknowledge sole and FULL responsibility for all international duties, tariffs and/or import fees, and understand and expressly agree that Fullbloom Hydroponics will not issue any refund under any circumstance at all because of circumstances relating, be it either directly or indirectly, to the imposition of any such international duties, taxes, service charges, tariffs and/or import fees.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:
To return a product at Fullbloom Hydroponics, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at support@fullbloomhydroponics. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA #
Fullbloom Hydroponics accepts returns on merchandise within 15 days of original purchase minus a 20% processing fee and shipping charges. Fullbloom Hydroponics reserves the right not to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not accept nutrient returns.
Any refund or exchange is contingent on the condition of the item returned to us. ALL returns via UPS / FedEx / Other standard courier must be packaged with at least 6 inches of packing materials to protect the item in transit. Freight returns must be returned with original or equivalent packing materials.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds depending on the situation associated with the return.
There will be no restocking fee for defective items. There may be a restocking and return shipping fee on orders returned to Fullbloom when the item is not defective / incorrect item / other mistake on part of Fullbloom or its partners.
Please be aware that some manufacturer's have their own return policy and may be more strict on returns. For example, greenhouse returns will not be accepted once the shipment has left the manufacturers warehouse! If you have any concerns about returns please contact us.
Fullbloom Hydroponics expressly disclaims all liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of our products. By accepting a product from Fullbloom Hydroponics, the customer warrants to exercise all reasonable care to abide by the following common sense guidelines in the use of the product: Fullbloom Hydroponics will use its best efforts to build and ship all products in a reasonably timely manner. Customer understands and agrees that all products are custom built per order. While most products ship within 10-15 business days from the date that payment is received, it could take up to 8 weeks or more to ship special orders or out of stock items. In addition to the preparation time for completion of your custom order prior to shipment, allow for up to seven business days for the crating and transit time for delivery of your order. The Company’s refund policy expressly applies to all orders, including special orders which require more than two weeks for completion and shipping.

Under absolutely no circumstances, including but not just limited to negligence, shall Fullbloom Hydroponics be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, harm to equipment and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use any of the materials on this site, even if the Company’s authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this website results in the need for the servicing, repair, or correction of any item, you fully assume any cost thereof. Some U.S. states or foreign countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental/consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Fullbloom Hydroponics. All information listed in This Agreement is 100% legally binding.
